New SLX-4000: Miniature, Broadband, Surface-Mount Frequency Synthesizers
The SLX-4000 is a miniature broadband frequency synthesizer for battery powered military systems and devices. The unit operates from 2000 to 4000 MHz locked to a 10 MHz external reference and features 5 MHz step size. The unit features +4 dBm output power, low spurs (<-60 dBc), low noise, extremely low current draw (VCC-1 = +5 V @ 60 mA, VCC-2 = +20 V @ 5 mA) and extended operating temperature range (-40°C to +85°C). Fast switching units are also available. The SLX Series is housed in an ultra-miniature 0.5” square package.
Custom frequencies available in bandwidths up to an octave.
